My first stay 6 months ago was good with most cleanliest room and bedroll, bath and wardrobe. Since I had a good stay I booked agin here and the room they frost gave me was like dungeon with dampened walls and ugly looking bedrolls torn and stained ones. Towels so pathetic. I asked to change the room and that was better but for same stained, torn bedrolls. It is better to stop my review as I it is waste of time and data. I recommend no one to even look at it. When they notify “No outside food allowed” why send a staff to get food and no plates, spoons, phew 🤧
The worst ever rooms I have ever seen. My first stay was very good with excellent room with clean bedrolls, bath et all. I returned thinking will get same hospitality. No, never ever will I stay here. Soiled bedrolls, unclean bathroom cobwebs….wardrobe look alike so pathetic….They say outside food not allowed but has a staff who gets fooled from outside. When we ask for plates/cutlery, response is no plates spoons or even glasses.
This has been a very disappointing experience for me. I received a confirmation for my hotel booking through the Agoda app, but when I arrived at the hotel, they told me that I had to wait another 40 minutes for their confirmation.If this is how bookings made through Agoda are handled, how can customers trust the app for hotel reservations? The hotel staff also told me that Agoda is a third-party platform and that it takes time for them to confirm the booking.This is extremely frustrating and has been my worst experience with a hotel booking platform. I will think twice before using Agoda again, and I would not recommend booking hotels through Agoda based on this experience.
