Hotel staff is unprofessional and wash rooms are not cleaned properly Hot water is not available 24/7 Staff at reception is not responsive multiple times on phone I don’t think they will attend at any emergency

Great location! Within city and right next to Godavari. Some of the rooms have a very clear view of the river. The rooms were premium and clean. The staff were professional. The only feedback is that the food wasn't great. Also the restuarant closest at 1030 and they don't allow us to order food from outside. As a traveller, one should be able to try food from local famous restaurants. Denying this wasn't great experience

This is a great place with good, nice and clean rooms, good support staff and good food. The hotel staffs are very helpful. The food at the restaurant is very good - the Biryani is among the best I have had so far. The hotel is adjacent to the Godavari river - you get nice views from some of the rooms. Great value for money.

During check-in, the room access card was found to be deactivated, which caused some inconvenience and delayed our entry into the room. The front office and room service staff could have shown better coordination. The front desk interaction could have been more courteous and responsible, which impacted the initial impression.The rooms were quite average, with older furniture, limited space, and a need for improved maintenance.The buffet breakfast was below average. The dosa was dry, the filter coffee was served lukewarm, and the overall food options were limited.Overall, there is considerable scope for improvement in service efficiency, room upkeep, and food quality. With attention to these areas, the guest experience can be enhanced.

This 3 star hotel is located near godavari river. From the suite room the beautiful river view can be experienced. Other rooms is also so perfectly maintained and the room service is very good. The prices is at the 3 star hotel slabs. I have booked king size room around 3500 rs after few coupons and it was worth Booking. They have special parking reserved. Vallet parking is also available at the hotel.
