At cold places like Kodaikanal 24 hrs hot water facility inside the bathroom should be available handy...Not by calling front office and bringing in a bucket...Rest other things quite good...Located i central Kodaikanal town....All basic food coffee tea available at walk.... shopping places available at walk....

Staying at this hotel was nothing short of magical. From the moment I stepped into, I was welcomed with warmth and grace that made me feel at home. The staff went above and beyond, anticipating every need with genuine smiles. My room overlooked the serene valley, offering breathtaking sunrises that felt like nature’s own tribute to peace. Dining was an experience in itself’each dish crafted with care, blending local flavors with world-class finesse. What truly sets this hotel apart is its heart: every corner radiates hospitality, making guests feel not just accommodated, but cherished. This isn’t just a stay’it’s a memory, a tribute to excellence, and a reminder of what true hospitality means.Charles and Cinthiya are very good. We felt like home. We loved them !!

My booking was confirmed online and I got the booking voucher after I paid the booking amount. When I reached the hotel the hotelier said the booking is not confirmed and did not accept the booking confirmation. Hotelier conformed they don't have any connection with FAB hotels and hence the booking cannot be accepted. I lost my money and more than that I was left without a room with my wife and son after reaching the destination. I tried calling Fab hotels from the location and the customer service agent disconnected the phone after hearing my complaint. I dialled again and another agent spoke to me and put me on hold for 20 minutes and then disconnected. The situation was scary and traumatic considering I had my family with me and we didn't have a room to check in.I have requested for a refund and later i got a message saying, I was offered a call from customer services and since i did not answer the call the complaint is resolved. So in short i lost money , my family got traumatised Please don't use Fab hotels. This looks like a large scale fraud and the customer service agents sounded like they already knew of the situation as they sounded like they are familiar with similar complaints. There is no compensation whatsoever offered to me yet. Please refrain from using Fab hotels.

Very bad experience with this hotel and the service. We booked this hotel online for 1 day stay during dec 2025 and the whole amount was paid in advance through online and got confirmation message mail etc. while we reached the stay there are not allowing us to checkin and they said they dont having any relation with any online booking and no rooms are available. That was a pathetic situation that we faced with family including my kid we have Waited for more than 1 hour for getting it resolved but nothing resolved neither we get room. The management was such worst there and the hotel and room was also not that much good we felt. Please don't book this online as you will be having a bad time as no alternative option will be there other than going back without saying in kodai because most of all hotels will be filled and won't get a good room at last minute and your booking amount also will be lost.Till now I didnt get any repayment of the money I have spend for booking this hotel. I have tried many ways like online support contacting owner etc etc all this made my entire trip disappointed and wanderd late night in kodaikanal to get a place for my family to sleep in that extremely cold weather. Really really pathetic situation.Never ever do this to anyone especially people comming with family with their small babies. God bless ’’
