I did a late check in and the reception staff was helpful to accomodate. The room was cozy and had almost all the facilities. The room service were excellent and the requests were handled. The only thing could’ve been improved is the provision of hot tap water at all times during cold weather but they only had specific timings for hot tap water usage.

The low price was a red flag, and we didn’t come with raised expectations. The bathrooms and room were exceedingly clean. The surrounding areas outside the hotel could use improvement and may not be appealing to families and couples.
