Rooms & washroom are not good
Their services mentioned in the website were quite high but in reality many were not up to the mark. Their TV, hot water supply doesn't work most of the time. Rooms were not kept clean, especially the washroom flooring. Staffs were helpful and well behaved.
They didnt provide biseleri water bottles in the room, no towel, no welcome kit. Extremely poor room service, expensive room not worth it. It is in interior from the road and we made a mistake by booking for business travel being a Govt employee.
