Do not book this hotel. It's a waste of money, lacks facilities, and the owner and management are very rude.

Terrible experience. Although our booking was confirmed with a checkout date of the 30th, the staff forced us to leave on the night of the 29th around 10 PM despite the very bad weather. When we declined, they demanded extra payment and acted very rudely. We were also repeatedly pressured to pay additional fees even though everything was pre-booked. The staff verbally abused us, making our stay very stressful. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. We chose it and it ruined our holiday. The service is terrible, and your belongings are at risk as strangers can enter your room without permission when you're not there. They may also demand money or force you to vacate the rooms.

The owner, Yogesh Gupta, was very rude. We booked our room online and were checked in, but at night they claimed our booking was invalid. They demanded full payment or that we leave the room, despite us having already paid online. There was no water in the room, and we had to use public restrooms. Terrible service, best to avoid this place.
