I had booked a deluxe room. On arrival manager allotted me room no.210. Seeing the room ,I had a doubt that this is not a deluxe room. When queried manager confirmed that it is a deluxe room. But after unpacking, I was still suspicious and went to manager again. He stuck to his stand, and then I asked him to show me a standard room. His reply was " if you are not happy with the room, I will give you a bigger room". Then he gave me room no. 303 which was actually a deluxe room. I had to pack again and shift to the room for which I had paid.Cheating, Incompetance or something else?
