Pleasant experience

Worst experience ever at this hotel. Neither the room nor the staff were good. The day manager had a very bad attitude. The rooms were very old and not clean. I stayed for one night but couldn't sleep because there were bedbugs on the bed. The food was expensive and not tasty. I ordered a 330 rupees thali which had such a small quantity that to eat properly, I had to order 2 to 3 thalis. Despite the high price, no items could be reordered. When I asked to repeat dal or vegetables and offered to pay, I was told to order separately from the menu. This hotel is terrible; never stay here. Also, I booked a cab service tied up with the hotel called ANMOL TRAVELS for sightseeing in Jaipur. The cab was very bad, no AC working, and the driver's behavior was awful. Overall, my experience was very bad, and my entire Jaipur trip was spoiled because of this hotel and its cab service. However, the next day we booked a different room which was very good, and the other cab service was excellent.

अगर ये होटल आपको मुफ्त में भी मिले, तो भी इसमें रुकना बिल्कुल सही नहीं होगा। मेरी और मेरी पत्नी की एक रात की यहाँ ठहराव हमारे जीवन का सबसे खराब फैसला था। दिनभर जयपुर घूमने के बाद जब हम रात को कमरे में सोने गए, तो पूरी रात काले कीड़े और खटमल की वजह से खराब रही। इसके अलावा, इस होटल की रूम सर्विस इतनी खराब थी कि तीन बार कॉल करने के बावजूद कोई सहायता नहीं मिली। खाने की बात करें तो होटल में 24*7 रेस्टोरेंट है, हमने 250 रुपये की एक थाली मंगाई, लेकिन उसमें 50 रुपये का भी खाना नहीं था। पेट भरने के लिए तीन थालियां मंगानी पड़तीं। जब हमने सब्जी या दाल अलग से मांगने की कोशिश की, तो साफ मना कर दिया गया कि पूरी प्लेट ही ऑर्डर करनी होगी। होटल के स्टाफ का व्यवहार भी बहुत खराब था। हम 24 घंटे भी नहीं रुक पाए और दूसरे होटल में जाना पड़ा। एक और बात, जैसे ही आप होटल से बाहर निकलेंगे, 100 टैक्सी सर्विस वाले आपको घेर लेंगे। हमने होटल से जुड़ी टैक्सी का इस्तेमाल किया, जिसने हमें केवल 4 जगहों पर घुमाया जबकि उसने 12 जगहों का वादा किया था, बाकी जगहों पर वह अपनी कमीशन के लिए ले गया। निष्कर्ष यह है कि इस होटल में न रुकें, भले ही मुफ्त में मिले, और इस होटल की टैक्सी कैब अनमोल ट्रेवल्स को साइडसींग के लिए कभी बुक न करें, वरना आपका पूरा जयपुर ट्रिप खराब हो जाएगा। बाकी फैसला आपका और आपका पैसा।

No hot water available for the shower, bed sheets were not changed, rooms were unhygienic, and bed bugs were found in the bed, resulting in a bad experience.
