We arrived early and had informed the hotel beforehand through Agoda that we needed early check-in and planned to check out before midnight. Despite this, we were forced to wait over an hour at the reception with our kids. At first, they claimed no rooms were available, then later said early check-in was possible only with an extra fee. We ended up paying ₹1500 for just three hours of early check-in, even though rooms were vacant. The staff was unfriendly and seemed unsympathetic to our situation with children. This poor service ruined our entire first day schedule. I would not suggest this hotel for families.

Good & clean rooms, Great location, excellent staff with excellent service, specially receptionist who does day shift very humble, soft spoken & very polite.Apart from their food charges which I feel on higher side for 2-3 star hotel, rest each and everything money worthy.I will definitely prefer this hotel when I will come to Aurangabad.👍👍👍👍
