Poor service, poor quality of amenities. If there was an option to give 0 stars, I would do that.There were cockroaches!!! On the bed, on the tables, inside the cupboard, literally every where. Everyday we would kill 2 to 3 cockroaches. This itself is indicative of very poor cleanliness followed.There is no proper hot water. It is available only from 4am to 11am. Guests coming from a tiring day of travel will have to bath in freezing cold water even in the winter. We requested the boiler to be switched on everyday when we returned. After 1 hour also, you barely get warm water even.The bathrooms always smell like a public urinal due to bad plumbing maintenance. Everyday you have to pinch your nose and flush once before using for the day.The kettle was either damaged or not present in the 3 rooms we booked. We had to call and ask for kettle change on Day 1.The walls were moldy and the room had the moldy and stuffy smell. No housekeeping on any of the days. Everyday you have to keep asking for water and coffee and tea satchets.The breakfast is not even decent. No fruits. Just 2 items on the menu, tea - coffee, bread, cornflakes and a banana. The food doesn't even taste good.The common toilet on the ground floor is just disgusting. No cleaning done on a consistent level. It is always dirty, with muddy footprints and smells bad.For all this, they are charging 2700 - 3000 for their room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Such a shame and disgrace to the name of the Treebo chain. The one and only single benefit they have is the proximity to the railway station and the airport.

people at hotel are friendly but kitchen service is not good. No tissue papers and no toilet paper roll, no sleepers were provided. the towels were of inferior quality.

Very recently stayed in this hotel when I visited Aurangabad to cover Grishneshwar, Ellora and Ajanta caves. Room and wash room are clean and good. Room is spacious enough for a couple. Location also good Very nearer to railway station that we can reach it by walk within a few minutes even with medium luggage. But I have given only 3 star rating bcoz there is a big negative with this hotel. We reached hotel at around 7pm and checked in the room. We found hot water is not coming and when I call reception they told it will come again next day only at 5am. The season is winter and no hot water for bathing. This is the big negative point and management should focus on this issue.

Location and staff is also very good,cooperative and very helpful.
