I am writing to formally express a serious complaint about the very disappointing experience my wife and I had during our stay at your hotel. Late at night, a loud event was happening near our room, with noise levels so high that sleeping was impossible. As paying guests, we expected basic peace and comfort, especially during late hours. When I politely asked the event crew to lower the volume, my request was ignored. Instead of handling the matter professionally, the crew acted arrogantly, showing no concern for other guests. Even more disappointing was the response from your staff and management. Rather than supporting us or trying to fix the problem, they let the disturbance continue. One staff member even rudely said, “Aapko jo karna hai kar lijiye, event band nahi hoga.” Such language and behavior towards guests is unacceptable and harms the reputation of your establishment. We paid for a comfortable stay but instead endured stress, inconvenience, and a sleepless night. This incident has seriously damaged our trust in your hospitality standards. I request a full investigation, appropriate action against those responsible, and assurance that this will not happen again. I also expect a written reply detailing the corrective steps taken.

A must-see place! The rooms are clean and roomy. The whole staff has a wonderful vibe, and the property manager, Mr. Giri, did an excellent job uniting everyone and organizing different activities! Highly recommended!
