I stayed at Hotel Maple Ridge; the room was excellent and very clean. The staff here are also very good—any issue or concern raised is resolved immediately.As for the food, the breakfast is the best; I can't really comment on the rest.
Very poor service and extremely rude staff. They gave us a completely different room instead of the one we had booked. Even after we complained at the reception, they still didn't provide the room we originally reserved. The staff had no manners at all. The room wasn't even properly cleaned and had a bad smell. This is a terrible hotel. I would never recommend staying here. I'm saying this based on my honest personal experience.
The rooms are large enough, but not well maintained. The service is pathetic, they can’t even serve tea in the room. We occupied 4 rooms but none of the room Television was in working condition. AC was not working but they were kind enough to change the room. Overall not recommended for family..
