My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. In the morning, I requested a dental kit, but the receptionist seemed completely unaware of it. As a result, I had to go to the market and buy one myself.When I returned, the room lock malfunctioned, leaving me stranded outside my room for nearly two hours. I had booked a suite and paid extra for it, but the bathtub drain was leaking and the flush was not working properly.I also called housekeeping five times for soap and shampoo, but received no assistance. Eventually, I had to purchase those items from the market as well. During checkout, I informed the receptionist about all these issues, but he simply listened without offering any response, apology, or resolution.Overall, the service and maintenance were far below expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.

It's very tight street.When we entered in room, it's totally opposite what shown in the pictures, no intercom to connect with reception.No, towel, no soap nothing available in the room.When we checked out in the morning, our car was stuck from all the sides, when I asked hotel to remove those cars, they even didn't know who cars were there. They were asking one another to check in the guest rooms who cars are there.Pathetic situation was there. Then I called their MD Mr. Rakshit Gupta, nothing happened even after that.I will never recommend this hotel for genuine people. I went for a official meeting and reached 45 minutes late just due to parking issue. It took approx. 1 hour to remove cars parked around our cars.I request everyone whomsoever is planning to stay in this hotel.. don't ever go. Rest up to you.Maha Bakvas hotel, maha Bakvas staff, maha Bakvas rooms and other facilities.
