The hosting was very pleasant, and all the staff behaved well. Especially Mr. Akash Bose, who was extremely helpful. I really enjoyed the experience and will definitely come back.

We had previously stayed at this hotel and had a decent experience with polite staff, which is why we decided to book again, but unfortunately, this stay turned out to be a complete nightmare. Last time, we had a major issue with the AC; we reported it, and though they tried to fix it, it remained broken, leaving us to suffer through a hot, suffocating night, and shockingly, we faced the exact same AC problem again this time. The room shown on Agoda looked spacious and decent, but the actual room assigned to us was extremely small and completely overpriced. To make matters worse, the bathroom had severe drainage issues and a malfunctioning shower, and when we requested a room change, we were told no other standard rooms were available, forcing us to pay an extra 500 to upgrade to the exact same room category we stayed in during our previous visit. Even after upgrading, the room was in appalling condition—the bathroom was filthy with mud stains, the entire space was covered in dust, and the door lock was faulty. To add to our horror, we handed our key card directly to reception and double-checked that our door was locked before stepping out, yet when we returned, our room was sitting wide open, which is an unacceptable security failure. On top of that, despite being told room service was available until 11:00 PM, nobody answered our calls well before the deadline, and when we walked down, the reception was entirely unattended. Despite their heavy Instagram promotion marketing this place like a premium stay, the reality is pathetic. Kolkata has far better hotels in this price range offering spacious, hygienic rooms and genuine hospitality, so I strongly advise travelers to avoid this property, and I will never stay here again.

We had stayed at this hotel before and had a fairly good experience with courteous staff, which led us to book again. Unfortunately, this visit was a total disaster. Previously, the AC was a big problem; we reported it, and although they attempted repairs, it stayed broken, making us endure a hot, uncomfortable night. Shockingly, the same AC issue happened again this time. The room shown on Agoda appeared roomy and nice, but the one we got was tiny and way overpriced. The bathroom had serious drainage problems and a broken shower. When we asked to change rooms, we were told no other standard rooms were free, so we had to pay an extra ₹500 to upgrade to the same category we had before. Even after upgrading, the room was in terrible shape—the bathroom was dirty with mud stains, dust covered everything, and the door lock was faulty. To make things worse, we gave our key card to reception and made sure the door was locked before leaving, but when we came back, the door was wide open, which is a huge security lapse. Also, although room service was supposed to be available until 11 PM, no one answered our calls well before that time, and the reception was unattended when we went down. Despite heavy Instagram marketing portraying this as a premium hotel, the reality is very disappointing. Kolkata has much better hotels at this price with spacious, clean rooms and real hospitality. I strongly recommend avoiding this place and will never stay here again.
