There was a uncle who was very rude towards us but the aunty was nice

I had booked the room for two days but checked out the next morning. The room they say a delux one has no window. The room was cramped with very little space to move. No toiletries, the basin pipeline was leaking like a shower. I had checked in late at night and checked out the very next morning. Cannot say about other rooms but the room I was given 208 was very bad and I had a terrible experience.
