Hotel Midtown

Check-in took a bit longer than expected, but I suppose that's typical in Chile since they scan passports. Don't be surprised, it's not governed by RODO here :) The positives include comfortable parking, pleasant rooms, cozy beds, and hot showers. The restaurant is also good, offering a buffet option with generally tasty food and breakfasts featuring plenty of fruit. The staff were friendly. For us as regular travelers, I'd rate it 9/10, and for the whole South America experience, 10/10. A solid choice.

Les chambres étaient superbes, nous étions quatre et avions réservé deux chambres. Le petit déjeuner était inclus ainsi que quatre boissons gratuites, le tout pour seulement 100 000 $ chiliens. Le rapport qualité-prix était vraiment bon, le petit déjeuner offrait un grand choix (salé et sucré) et le personnel était très sympathique. Bisous Je recommande.

There is no elevator, and noise from the hallway outside is easily heard.

The hotel has three floors but no elevator and no assistance with luggage. The rooms lack adequate heating. I'm not sure why this place is rated 4 stars.
