Hotel Nivanta

We had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The service was excellent, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a mesmerizing view from the room.The location is also very convenient, with Mapro and several other popular spots nearby. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again!

The lift does not work so please be ready to climb alot of stairs and also construction going on. Breakfast not upto mark. Room not clean. Only view is good. Staff is not cooperative

My earlier stay at Nivanta was excellent, but this recent visit was quite disappointing, showing a clear decline in quality. Comparison of Past and Present: - Kids Play Area: It used to have a well-equipped, dedicated play area for children in good condition; now only a few items remain, many are broken and unusable. - In-Room Amenities: Earlier, dental kits and electric kettles with tea and coffee were provided; these are now missing. - Washrooms: The washrooms lack any plush feel, tap knobs are broken, and hot water takes a long time to fill the bucket. - Breakfast: Previously a full buffet breakfast was available; now the options are greatly reduced or missing. - Outdoor Seating: The large garden swing and nest swing have been removed, furniture is outdated, and the common room sofa cover is torn. - Connectivity & Communication: Wi-Fi used to be reliable and there was an intercom for room services; now Wi-Fi is spotty and the intercom is gone. - Cleanliness & Maintenance: Earlier, cleanliness was well maintained; now the property shows poor upkeep and hygiene has declined. The staff remain dedicated and hospitable, but that alone does not compensate for the worsening facilities and missing amenities. Considering the current condition, there are many better options nearby. A recommendation to the owner: perhaps your self-audits are insufficient and you should consider partnering again with Treebo.

Very Poor Quality and Unsafe RoomThe room and its facilities were of extremely poor quality. The swing provided was not safe or sturdy, and I actually fell from it due to the poor-quality setup. This could have resulted in a serious injury.Overall, the quality of the room and furniture was disappointing and did not match the expectations at all. Safety and maintenance should be taken much more seriously. I would not recommend this place until these issues are properly addressed.
