I stay in hotel pl palace agra, it was a wonderful experience for me. I m thrilled with the services and staff, they are polite and helpful. Especially the front office team, they helped me with arrival time, took my luggage to my room, and treated me very well. Like Shivam, Roshni, nairish, Aman, Raju. The food was mouth watering and they served me like professionals. I really appreciate their service. Highly recommend this hotel.
