Pathetic! The worst stay I ever had in my life, there was no electricity, no hygiene, even the bedsheets were rotten, the pillow covers and everything was too much pathetic, the worst you can ever imagine in your life will be better than this, even we had paid extra charges for the room after the online booking, the room was in basement, it smelled like sewage and the bathroom didn't even had the space to stand, no services were provided even water was not available, this is the worst experience of my life never ever book this hotel

Shopping was the one clear positive, but transport was inconvenient, while poor cleanliness, limited facilities, sleep issues, bathroom concerns and an unsatisfactory view made the experience uncomfortable. Staff service was average, and the stay did not feel like good value for money.
Worst hotel in Gurugram I saw. They are demanding extra money for online bookings, even after the booking was confirmed. They denied for stay ... so I have to book another one
