Booked room though it will be cheap and best but experience is worst showen rooms in picture is different but given rooms are different worst experience 👎🤢😷

Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Room Quality, Hygiene Issues and Unfair PricingI had a very disappointing and unpleasant experience with this property. I originally booked a double-bed room for approximately ***, which seemed reasonable at the time of booking. However, when I requested an early check-in, they suddenly increased the price to ***.I was willing to pay the additional amount, expecting at least a decent, clean and comfortable room. Unfortunately, what I received was completely different from what I had booked.Instead of providing a proper double-bed room, they gave me a very small, cramped room with no proper bed or comfortable sleeping arrangements. The room was extremely disappointing and did not justify even the original booking price, let alone the increased amount.The most unacceptable part was the poor hygiene and cleanliness. I noticed that the towels provided appeared to have already been used by someone else. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel or accommodation provider. Guests should never have to worry about whether the basic items provided in their room are clean and hygienic.The overall room condition was far below expectations. It felt as though no proper effort had been made to prepare the room before handing it over to a new guest.What makes this experience even more frustrating is that they charged me extra but provided a room that was worse than what I had originally booked. If a customer books a double-bed room, the property should honour that booking rather than providing a tiny room with inadequate facilities.I understand that early check-in may involve additional charges, but those charges should be clearly communicated, and the accommodation provided should still meet the original booking standards.My main concerns were:* The room price increased from approximately *** to *** for early check-in.* I was not provided with the double-bed room I had booked.* The room was extremely small and uncomfortable.* There was no proper bed arrangement.* The towels appeared to have been used previously.* Cleanliness and basic hygiene standards were not maintained.* The overall experience was not worth the money charged.I would not recommend this property to anyone expecting a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced stay.Management seriously needs to improve its room allocation, cleanliness, customer service and pricing transparency.Overall, a terrible experience and a complete waste of money. I would think twice before booking this property again.

I booked a room based on the pictures and description shown while making the reservation, but upon arrival, I was given a completely different room\. The room was in extremely poor condition and nowhere close to what was advertised\.The cleanliness was unacceptable. I found bed bugs and cockroaches inside the room, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. The overall condition of the room was terrible and made the stay extremely uncomfortable.This was nothing like what I had booked or expected\. I strongly recommend that people **think twice before booking this place**\. Don’t be misled by the photos or description online\.I repeat: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL unless you want to risk getting a completely different and unhygienic room
