Very bad experience

The room service and cleaning were subpar, and the housekeeping staff behaved rudely and unprofessionally. I would not choose to stay here again. I advise against booking this hotel.

I booked room number 103 at this hotel around 5:00 AM on June 19th with the help of an auto-rickshaw driver. There were three of us, and we checked in after paying the full tariff of ’2,100 in advance.Unfortunately, we encountered multiple issues right after entering the room:The room's AC was not working.The entire room was unclean.The bedsheet was dirty.The bathroom toilet's flush system was not working.There was no soap for washing hands.The towel provided was also unclean.There was no bottle or jug ’’of drinking water in the room.Despite complaining to the reception multiple times, no effective action was taken or service provided.As guests, encountering such an unsanitary environment and substandard service was extremely disappointing. Our experience was terrible, as we did not receive even the basic amenities despite paying the full amount.

Sadly, we faced several problems immediately upon entering the room: the AC was not functioning, the room was dirty, the bedsheet was stained, the toilet flush in the bathroom was broken, there was no soap for handwashing, the towel was dirty, and there was no drinking water bottle or jug in the room. Despite repeatedly complaining to reception, no proper action or service was provided. As guests, it was very disappointing to find such an unhygienic environment and poor service. Our stay was awful since we did not get even the basic facilities after paying the full price.
