No hot water, cramped rooms, pests present, had to kill cockroaches in the bathroom, wifi turned off at night, bad service, very low standards of cleanliness and overall experience. Not worth it even at 1200 per night. Better to book the Santacruz Oyo near Marble Lines than this one.
