Hotel Plaza Airport Zone

I stayed there last night... horrible experience... room is unclean, bedsheets stained, comode flush not working, taps broken, switch board not functioning, small cockroaches on the floor. We came from Hyd airport, checked in around 10 pm, 2 small kids were with us, so couldn't ask for room change at that time. We were so tired. Most disappointing part, when I complained to the receptionist, he denied & misbehaved. Only good thing about this hotel is its location. It is nearby airport, so I booked 1 room there online for overnight stay. I checked out today morning, no arrangement for breakfast in spite of having a restaurant in 1st floor. Last night, dinner in the restaurant was good. Overall very poor one. Not at all recommended. Don't believe fake reviews & fake photos...

Toilet facilities and drinking water facilities are not good.

Do not stay here! The lobby is the nicest part of the hotel. The rooms are smelly and very small, the sheets are unclean, and our toilet was broken. If you are staying here to get to the airport, get something closer to the airport. This place was awful

We had advance booked this hotel near Airport Road since we had to leave early morning to Nagpur and just needed a place to rest overnight. We even informed the hotel in advance that we’d be arriving late at night, and they confirmed our booking for 3 people.We reached around 2 AM and completed the check-in formalities, only to be taken to Room No. 307 on the 5th floor ’ and oh god, what a nightmare! The room was stinking, the bedsheets had visible stains, fungus was growing around the walls, and the flush wasn’t working. It was in an overall pathetic condition.We immediately asked for a room change, and after quite a bit of hassle in the middle of the night (despite having informed them earlier about our late check-in), they moved us to another room on the 3rd floor. This one was slightly better but still far from clean ’ loose taps, untidy bedsheets, and overall poor maintenance. By then, we were too exhausted to argue and decided to somehow manage.The next morning was no better. The room was extremely noisy as it faced the main highway. Breakfast was dumped onto us early despite informing them we’d eat around 9:30 AM ’ they woke us up at 8:30 just to finish their duty.Except for the glittery reception area, everything else about this hotel was a total letdown. Definitely not worth the money, and I would never recommend staying here.

The best part of the stay was the idli and vada breakfast with sambhar and coconut chutney. For the room, I could only expect this much for what I paid. I stayed for only one night. The AC was making a lot of noise throughout the night. I cannot comment much on the cleanliness. The check in and check out process was very easy. The staff was co operative.
