"Had a lovely stay! Rooms were clean and comfy, with all the essentials. Food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet! Staff were super helpful and made us feel welcome specially Shruti Das. Great value for money, would definitely come back! ’’

The hotel is really very good and most importantly the services are awesome. Ms Deba Jose is very helping from the restaurant side and takes a lot of care of guests. I ordered one fish item but I didn't like the tase and infirmed her. She immediately taken it in consideration and replaced the item. Thanks Ms Deba. Regards

I had a truly ridiculous and disappointing experience with this hotel booking. I mistakenly selected the wrong date and immediately reached out to the hotel staff to correct it. Instead of showing basic courtesy or customer care, they flatly denied making a simple change, even though it was very much possible on their end. I had already paid ’4200, and when I requested to adjust the booking date, they arrogantly told me there would be no refund. To make matters worse, they demanded an additional ’5200 if I wanted to book for the correct date, meaning my original payment would just be lost. This shows their complete lack of concern for customers’ hard-earned money and their focus only on squeezing payments. When I contacted Goibibo, they too pushed the responsibility back to the hotel, leaving me helpless and without a proper resolution. Within seconds, I lost my money due to their poor service and irresponsible attitude. I will never book with this hotel again and strongly advise others to avoid such a place where customer satisfaction means nothing and only money matters.

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. It met all our needs, especially since we were travelling with a 1 year old, and they accommodated our requests very graciously.Jyothi in housekeeping was very helpful and the reception, restaurant and security staff were courteous, responsive to our needs and took initiative to preempt our requests and offer help.The structure itself shows its age and the rooms and bathrooms are slightly small for the rates, but all the fundamentals of cleanliness, good hygiene and excellent service made this stay well worth the cost of our stay. The king size bed was big enough to accommodate the if it's comfortably and we had a very satisfactory stay for 4 nights.
