The approach to the hotel and the neighbourhood is full of stench.The toilet is just average with the jet spray almost non-functional
Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Taj Tristar. However, when my room door would not open with the key card, the reception staff did not respond to my complaint until I raised it for the third time. Their eventual assistance was helpful, but the delay was disappointing.There are also a few other areas that could be improved. The breakfast staff could be warmer and more welcoming when guests arrive—a simple smile and “good morning” would make a positive difference. Housekeeping could pay greater attention to detail, such as ensuring that the menu card is in good condition and providing laundry bags together with a laundry price list.With more prompt responses and greater attention to these details, the overall guest experience could be greatly improved.
