Service was good , staff was also good , cozy & cleam room ,Main thing is that hotel location which is best as dargha is near walking 10 min and peace at the location

Very nice place to stay with all amenities & staff over here is also pretty good, overallHad a great experience staying with them.

While the room we stayed is quite huge and neat, where it provides us with 2 queen sized beds, the bathroom wasnt that upkept and needs some rework.The hotel is situated on a narrow lane with no parking facility

We stayed for a night in super deluxe room category room. The room is great. Hotel is in a good location. Staff is good.We had a great stay.Above all, food is great. We loved the food - dinner, breakfast. We highly recommend to have food at this place.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and would strongly advise others, especially corporate clients, to avoid booking it. The only positive aspect is its convenient location, but everything else was below standard. The staff, particularly the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. The rooms were poorly maintained with waterlogged bathrooms, broken taps, dirty bedding, and a damaged electric kettle. I had booked a 3-day stay, and although the check-in time is 12 PM, I arrived around 7 AM and was initially told that early check-in would cost ’400. However, during checkout, they charged me ’1200 extra without proper justification. For a booking that cost ’1700 per night, such a high early check-in charge was unreasonable and felt like a clear case of miscommunication or exploitation. The overall attitude of the staff and the poor facilities made this one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. This place is clearly money-minded and lacks basic hospitality standards. I sincerely hope others think twice before booking this hotel. For 3 day they even clean the room even dustbin.
