Stayed here recently and had a pleasant experience. The hotel has a restaurant on the first floor, and they also provide room service, which is very convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, it’s a good place to stay, especially if you’re looking for decent food and service in one place

Old hotel but managed well. I had taken a suite room but the living and bed were in the same room. Ideally, it should be separate. AC was there but remote missing. All facilities like kettle, fridge, Android TV, Dish, table, sofa were there. Service was good. Good food. Fine range of breakfast buffet served afresh. Courteous staff. Nearby Brahmaputra view point and ferry @100.

God it was a terrible terrible experience. I have booked the suite room. I forgot the room number it was somewhat 601 or 602 maybe. At night I reached my room and after getup freshen up. I went to the bed to spot bugs all around. It was bugs and bugs then I called the reception. They told me to take the junior suite room. I said I wont take coz I have paid for suite and junior suite is down grade. Then they gave another suite room where there was the same bugs and insects problem then they called up and told to take the president suite. I went to the room. Found the AC was not working. The bathroom door was locked. And again the same bug and insect problem. I dimmed the room and when the insects see my phone they were falling in my face. It was such a terrible experience. I told the reception when I checked out that I will surely give a review of the hotel

Terrible experience at last week.The general manager's behavior was completely unacceptable. They were rude and dismissive when my wife asked for a room change, and seemed more interested in arguing than resolving the issue. Their attitude was unprofessional and made our stay very unpleasant. The service was poor, and our concerns were ignored.The GM's behavior was a major letdown. Expecting a certain level of service and respect, especially from someone in a leadership role, but got none.needs to work on customer service. Very disappointed with our stay. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
