My husband and I, both senior citizens, stayed in room 1004 from September 9 to 11, 2026. On the morning of September 11 at 4:30 AM, the toilet overflowed, with water and waste spilling out. The smell was terrible, like a sewage tank, and the entire room was filled with the stench. Despite multiple reminders, no prompt action was taken, and we had to avoid using the toilet for over three hours. It seemed that customer service, especially for senior citizens, was not given proper attention or handled effectively. I would not recommend this hotel at all. Thank you.
