Completely absurd. The management shows a total lack of professionalism and fails to meet even basic hospitality and customer service standards. However, the staff are great—they are courteous, supportive, and perform their duties effectively. Sadly, the management displays an excessive attitude, acting as if they've achieved something monumental just by managing a hotel. It's essential for them to reconsider their policies, enhance their management methods, and treat their staff with more respect.

Avoid this hotel if you can; the rooms are cramped, bathrooms are poorly maintained and malfunctioning, there are electrical issues, and the room service is lacking. Although the pictures online appear nice, the hotel itself is quite average.
