HOTEL ROYAL GRANDE

The bathroom had a broken hanger and a leaking tap, and even after complaining 3-4 times, no one fixed it. They also served me stale food. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There are limited staff who always make excuses. Laundry was returned unwashed because the third-party service was unavailable. The complimentary breakfast was also poorly served. Overall, they seem more focused on banquets rather than customer satisfaction.

Had a very enjoyable time at Hotel Royal Grande. The hospitality stood out as a key part of our visit. The reception staff, especially, deserves praise for their polite, patient, and friendly approach. They made us feel at ease and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The food was excellent, with the Mixed Vegetable Curry and Spicy Rasam Rice being standout dishes — both were truly tasty and, for me, must-tries here. As a vegetarian, I found the food options satisfying and of good quality. The room had a nice, comfortable, and pleasant atmosphere. However, the shower and restroom could use better upkeep. With improved cleanliness and maintenance in these areas, the guest experience would be enhanced. All in all, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, largely due to the great hospitality and tasty food. If the restroom and shower conditions were better, I would gladly give Hotel Royal Grande a full 5-star rating. Keep up the excellent hospitality, and I hope to return soon!
