Very disappointing experience. I reserved Babu Naidu Residency for two nights (17th–19th) for my medical trip from the USA, but when I arrived around 3:30 AM, they told me they were fully booked and redirected me to another lodge called Swamy Residency. They also said they don't accept international guests due to lacking the necessary license. This was never mentioned when I booked, and I was abruptly told I had to leave before 12 pm, even though I was unfamiliar, alone, and visiting Vellore for medical treatment for the first time. I stayed only from about 4 AM to 7 AM and was initially charged for one day, $950, which was refunded after I disputed it. Hotels should clearly inform international guests about such restrictions before confirming bookings. This caused unnecessary stress and embarrassment during my first visit to Vellore from the USA.

Good value for the price. Booking was straightforward and the staff were helpful. Flexible check-in time was appreciated since we arrived late at night. All expected amenities were provided.

I stayed here for 15 days and had a very enjoyable time. The place is nice and cozy, with helpful and polite staff and members. The cleanliness was well kept and satisfactory. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would gladly recommend it.

Our 10-day stay at BNR was enjoyable. The hospitality was outstanding, and the owner who also serves as the receptionist, Didi, was very kind and supportive. The rooms were excellent, clean, and well-kept, and the residence is conveniently located just 400 meters from CMC Hospital.
