I reached the hotel around 10 PM. I had booked an AC room through Goibibo, but due to an error on Goibibo’s side, the booking details received by the hotel showed it as a Non-AC room.I tried multiple times to contact Goibibo customer care, but there was no effective response or timely support. This caused unnecessary stress after a late-night arrival.I sincerely thank the hotel management at Vijai Shree in for understanding the situation and finally providing me with an air-conditioned room as originally booked. Their cooperation helped resolve an issue that was not created by them.Goibibo needs to improve its booking accuracy and customer support to avoid putting both guests and hotels in such uncomfortable situations.

I was surprised by the room and bathroom size. For a 1500 hotel, it was surprisingly spacious. Room was simple and mostly clean, a large bed, a good cupboard and a nightstand. Bathroom was clean and spacious. 1 problem was the bed - goddamn spring cushion gave me a backache.Service was okay I guess. Nothing really stood out but nothing was bad either.Location wise, 1 km from main cmc. Not a lot of food options outside but there's always Swiggy or Zomato.Anyways, decent stay for couples. For families, seek closer to cmc for much better options.
