Extremely disappointing stay. I would not suggest this hotel to anyone. The service is very bad, the food quality is terrible. It's overpriced, the room is small, and the location is also not good. I would never recommend visiting.

I spent 3 nights at KK Grand Vellore and it was awful from beginning to end. The hotel is located on a very crowded street, causing me to get stuck in traffic every time I tried to come or go by car. The front desk staff were unprofessional; even though I had prepaid through MakeMyTrip, they couldn’t locate my booking at first and it took a long time before they gave me a room. The room was small and dirty, and housekeeping didn’t clean it once during my stay until I insisted. Breakfast was terrible—they don’t make it themselves but bring in cheap tiffin parcels from outside. They also refused to serve tea with breakfast despite repeated requests, and other guests were complaining about this too. Avoid this hotel to save your money and sanity.

My stay was very pleasant in KK Grand Inn. The room was very clean. The bed, pillow covers and towels where exceptionally clean and well maintained. The bathroom though small had sufficient space as it was neatly organised with wet and dry areas. Complementary breakfast was quite ok. Definitely I would recommend it for people who look for good rooms in vellore.
