Hotel Royal Square, Ahmedabad

We stayed for 2 days with familyThe location of the hotel is good.3 or 4 beds rooms are specious.But We found a toilet seat in broken condition,soap dispensers empty,deluz room is non ventilated,that too with non working toilet exhaust fan.It mean,room will be full of smell from toilet ,TV mostly doesn't work in deluz room,after complaints they check but keep them as it was.. overall poor experience except big size room.Food facility also not available,you need to go with online food delivery platform.One room toilet Jet was keep leaking.

We stayed for two days with family. The hotel's location is good. The rooms with 3 or 4 beds are spacious. However, we found a broken toilet seat, empty soap dispensers, and the deluxe room lacked ventilation with a non-working toilet exhaust fan, causing the room to smell. The TV in the deluxe room mostly didn't work; despite complaints, it was checked but left as is. Overall, it was a poor experience except for the large room size. There was no food service available, so we had to order through online delivery. One room's toilet jet kept leaking.
