Hotel Sakura Gurgaon

I stayed here recently and the experience was far below what a 4-star property should offer. The hotel feels more like a 2-star. The room was not clean, the bathroom and toilet were dirty, and even basic things like the remote and telephone were unclean. I even saw a cockroach near the lift. Except for the bedding, everything else in the room needed proper cleaning.At check-in, the reception staff didn’t greet or acknowledge us’no welcome, no assistance. Overall staff behavior was not friendly or attentive. Even basic essentials like towels were not kept in the room and had to be requested.Housekeeping staff was polite and helpful whenever asked, but ideally the room should have been clean from the start.Another major concern was the atmosphere in the hotel. Staff members on the ground floor were loudly talking, running around the corridor and pool/restaurant area, and even carrying beer bottles. There was no proper uniform or professional behaviour, which made the place feel quite cheap and unmanaged.Overall, definitely not a 4-star experience. Needs serious improvement in cleanliness, staff training, and professionalism.

It was a corporate stay for me.The tall guy at the security was very polite and humble The food was excellent and ppl in the restaurant is good****** I am suffering from backache issues and have been advised to sleep on a hard surface. I requested a hard mattress twice, but I was told they didn’t have any. However, on the evening of February 25, 2025, I saw 15 hard mattresses lying outside the building. I requested one at the reception, but they still didn’t provide it.Moreover, if you have any requests, you must follow up at least twice.

Nice place. Went for a business trip stay and did not face any issues. Good staff and food.

Very nice hospitality. Hotel staff are very courteous and well behaved.Hygienic and good food , clean rooms.Service quality is outstanding.Noteworthy to mention, I would prefer to arrange my stay at "Sakura" whenever I am going supposed to go to Gurgaon .: )

Here are so many types of goodness and prosperity I've lucky to stay here 20 days continuously so I've more experience. Here is very luxurious and cooperative staff. Foods are very delicious. Bhanwar sir very supportive and good nature. Ritesh sir aslo good in reseption .
