Hotel Sakura Gurgaon

Good hotel , location near huda City centre, on road facing. Near and clean.confernce room good size for 80- 100 person approx.Lunch served/Food was good.

Dont ask for tea sachets, milk powder or tea bags or cups. First day they sent it after 1 hour. If you will dial number 9 they will say dial on 222, if u will dial 222 they will say ask from number 9. Secondly if you are fond of black tea then its ok. But if you will ask more milk sachets for a tea or more than 2 times they will not provide you.They dont have etiquette how to talk.Even if your guests or relatives come to meet they cant come to meet even as you cannot ask them for tea as per unavailability of their extremely beautiful service which in other words is awful.If this is corporate booking then this is worst. You cannot call your employees who are not staying here but are coming for work for 3-4 hours only on a system. If there is an event of your company.And also they will ask for IDs from them.Ridiculous services they are offering. And this is when we have booked at least 25 rooms in this hotel.

Staying as Corporate Staff, and we booked approx 30 Rooms, Location and rooms are good but you can face irritated staff at Reception and Restorant during early morning time.

Bathroom is so much compact that your hands will touch one or another wall while bathing. Otherwise everything was good

I stayed here recently and the experience was far below what a 4-star property should offer. The hotel feels more like a 2-star. The room was not clean, the bathroom and toilet were dirty, and even basic things like the remote and telephone were unclean. I even saw a cockroach near the lift. Except for the bedding, everything else in the room needed proper cleaning.At check-in, the reception staff didn’t greet or acknowledge us’no welcome, no assistance. Overall staff behavior was not friendly or attentive. Even basic essentials like towels were not kept in the room and had to be requested.Housekeeping staff was polite and helpful whenever asked, but ideally the room should have been clean from the start.Another major concern was the atmosphere in the hotel. Staff members on the ground floor were loudly talking, running around the corridor and pool/restaurant area, and even carrying beer bottles. There was no proper uniform or professional behaviour, which made the place feel quite cheap and unmanaged.Overall, definitely not a 4-star experience. Needs serious improvement in cleanliness, staff training, and professionalism.
