Housekeeping is not upto the mark , but not bad.
Worst experience ever. I have stayed in many hotels that were not that good but this hotel beats all of them. Not only do they have the worst staff but the rooms were not good. The complimentary breakfast made my stomach upset and when I ordered food in room the staff kept forgetting to bring cutlery and it took them legit 20 mins to get it..sometimes they'll just forget. My room was supposed to be king size bed but they gave me a double bed with a room which was the size of a peanut. We were 3 people, my head was literally an inch away from the bathroom door. I complained to the staff about it and they did give us a bigger room with a king size bed the 2nd day but it was a huge pain to deal with the guy on front desk.The food we ordered in the room was actually good but it was not worth all this headache. My family and I really regretted taking this hotel but it was the only one close to the shalby hospital where we needed to be.Also there was always water outside the room for idk what reason.
