Hotel Silver Oak

The customer service was too good, the staff members of the hotel was also too excellent, the rooms, hotel premises was also too good. Recently I done my sister's engagement program all staff of the hotel and specially the hotel owner just fully corporate with us. My personal experience is that the best m best hotel in budget is very excellent.

Best place to stay in city centre gwalior. Kind staff. Kindly behave with all of us. All essential things were provided. Thanks for making it memorable.

MY Feedback for Sliver OakI stayed at Silver Oak Hotel, and while many hotels offer good service at similar prices, my experience here was very disappointing.Staff Behavior:The staff behavior was extremely poor and unprofessional when talking with guests.Early Check-in Charges:The hotel charged ’1000 for early check-in, which is quite high compared to other hotels that provide better service at similar or lower rates.Breakfast Issue:Breakfast was included in my booking, but I was still charged for it without any prior information.Room & Facilities:The overall room condition was not satisfactory.The AC remote was not working, and even after complaining, it was not replaced.The TV was not working.There was no hot water in the washroom.Overall Experience:My overall experience at this hotel was very poor. I would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again
