The hotel bathrooms were extremely dirty, and there were so many mosquitoes that we couldn’t sleep the entire night. It was a horrible experience. I strongly recommend not staying at this hotel ’ you will regret it. This place doesn’t deserve even a single star.

I had a very disappointing experience at OYO Somraj Regency, Agartala, and unfortunately, I couldn’t even stay here after what I witnessed. The moment I entered the building, I was greeted with an extremely unpleasant, stinking smell while climbing the stairs. The corridors were dirty, poorly maintained, and gave a very unhygienic impression ’ not at all what you expect from a hospitality property.When I reached the reception, there was absolutely no one present. I waited for several minutes, tried calling the reception multiple times, but no one responded. The entire place felt abandoned and unwelcoming. For a guest who has just traveled, this is the last thing you want to experience.The condition of the corridors and the lack of staff on duty made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I literally had to rush back outside just to breathe fresh air and collect myself.OYO needs to seriously look into the management and upkeep of this property. First impressions matter, and this property failed completely in providing even basic hospitality standards. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until it is properly cleaned, staffed, and managed.

Worst Service.I am feeling harrassed .I have called the number thrice and all the time the executive says to be on hold for 2_3 min but they have kept hold for 20 min yet the room was not booked at all. I had to disconnect the call all the time.please don't book through OYO you people will be harrassed too. Nonsense people they don't value your time.
