They say it’s 5star hotel but my rating will be at end of our story of stay’.First .. on arrival there was no welcome gesture and no welcome drinks altogether in booking slip it’s shown so even at any 5star hotel it’s quite common.Second.. booked city view king sized bedded room but provided queen bed and that was joined to bed onwhich one mattress. When asked manager said that it’s there king bed.3rd’ corridors were damp smelling no 24hrs room freshener.4th .. housekeeping was average you have asked for repeatedly. Tea tray even not refill . For water have asked 2-3 times.5th’ restaurant was good but on breakfast they maximum provided veg items only non veg items were either chicken stew or fish stew although this place is famous for pork also as I know. Fruits was over all same watermelon .. no apple , litchis (although it was season). In room service they provided noodles without ketchup, even when asked to send that they provided after 45mins. Quantity of food not at per price .6th bathroom’ bathtub without hand shower and not clean at per . No doormat infront of bathroom.7th’ ther were no kids zone for playingLastly there were no kids portion at swimming pool’.Location is good.My opinion very good 3star hotel . Not suits they claim themselves..

service at the hotel. Room Boy Akash Biswas maintained the room in excellent condition throughout my stay. The room was always neat, hygienic, and well organized. His commitment to cleanliness and guest comfort was clearly visible in his work. Akash Biswas was also very courteous and responded quickly whenever assistance was required. Such professional service truly enhances the overall guest experience

Hotel staff from reception to kitchen are extremely nice. I loved the ambiance of hotel, room was clean, hygienic as aspected from a five-star hotel. View from my room was great too. It is safe for woman also to stay here alone. Breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. I enjoyed all food varieties specifically Parathas. I am grateful to all chefs who made such amazing food for their clients. Grateful to housekeeping staff for their great service. Management has made it beautiful and serene ambiance so definitely grateful to them. I enjoyed my 3 days stay there. Parking is there and next to hotel is a new mall to visit. It is in prime area where you can get UBER auto only. UBER taxis are not introduced in Agartala.

Went to Polo, Agartala and had a great experience. The ambience is classy and relaxing, perfect for hanging out or unwinding. The food was delicious and well-presented, and the drinks were equally impressive. Service was prompt, polite, and professional throughout.Special mention to Pintu Debbarma for his excellent hospitality’very attentive, courteous, and made the experience even better. Definitely a place worth visiting again.

Each dish was thoughtfully prepared, and the taste lived up to expectations. Service was prompt without feeling rushed, which added to the overall experience.Overall, it’s a great place for a relaxed meal with friends or family. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to visiting again.
