It's a mesmerising stay at this hotel only 3 km from blue flag Covalam beach. The hotel is pocket friendly, very clean and cosy. The food is superb. The cordial behavior of the management and stuff will make you feel home away from home. Hope this will continue and I wish to come back again for some relaxed days staying in this hotel and enjoying the covalam beach.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, However, there was a noticeable bad smell coming from both the room and the toilet’definitely needs better maintenance and cleaning.The food at the restaurant was excellentOverall, a mixed experience; fix the hygiene issues and it’d be much better!

We booked a stay at Southern residency, and had a very good stay and hospitality from the staff. Clean rooms, spacious as well, hotel staff are very kind and helpful, I left my hoody my mistake and i already checked out, later we went back to the hotel and Kiran was kind enough to help me out.. overall amazing experience
