Worst hotel I stayed in till date. I booked a suite for 3 nights. Even after multiple complaints the TV did not work, Fridge did not work, Terrible room service, most of the times reception did not answer calls, rooms and bathrooms were dirty, bed sheets, towels and pillow coverswe all stained, pathetic experience. No solution to any problems by the management. Do not recommend at all.

Very bad room and bathroom also.The water is coming in very slowly.This is not the real problem.We had taken a complementary breakfast for around 250 rupees per person. But the hotel does not have a restaurant. The food voucher they gave us to eat at another hotel is worth only 160 rupees per person. If we eat more than that, we have to pay in cash. They do not even tell us that exactly.funniest thing is that they got 4 star rating in make my trip.
