Hotel 8th Mile Suites

Had a great 2-night stay. Service was quick, rooms were roomy. Very convenient location, just a 3-4 minute walk to the metro station. Would recommend! I chose to book directly because there were many problems reported by others with online bookings.

Poorest and the worst experience at this hotel. Extremely impolite and unprofessional staff at the reception. Cancelled our advance booking right in front of us, claiming high demand and less price we paid online. My Sr Citizen father and my very young son were left in lurch with no empathy shown by the hotel staff. Post cancelling, they began to negotiate to a price benefitting them. PATEHTIC!!!

This hotel provided the worst experience I've ever had. The reception staff were very rude and unprofessional. They cancelled our prepaid booking right before our eyes, saying it was due to high demand and the lower price we booked online. My elderly father and young son were abandoned without any sympathy from the staff. After cancelling, they tried to negotiate a price that favored them. Absolutely pathetic!

Their only focus seemed to be demanding additional money, even though the reservation had already been paid for in full.This behavior is highly unethical and completely unacceptable. A confirmed booking should be honored, not used as an opportunity to force guests into paying inflated rates upon arrival.If you value honesty, professionalism, and reliable service, stay away from 8th Mile Suites. This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had.

Do not book at 8th Mile Suites. Even after explaining our family situation, the management showed no empathy for the trouble caused. Their only concern was to demand extra money despite the reservation being fully paid. This conduct is very unethical and unacceptable. A confirmed booking should be respected, not exploited to charge guests more upon arrival. If you expect honesty, professionalism, and dependable service, avoid 8th Mile Suites. This was among the worst hotel experiences I've had.
