The d??cor and lighting created a lovely ambiance that made the celebration even more special.Special thanks to the management team. They were responsive, accommodating, and made sure every detail was taken care of.Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel for wedding functions and special celebrations

Absolutely shameful and the most pathetic hotel management we have ever dealt with. We had a confirmed booking with a clearly committed early check-in, yet on arrival not a single room was ready and our guests have been left stranded in the lobby for hours.Your team is completely unresponsive ’ calls are being ignored, no one is taking ownership, and there is total mismanagement at every level. This is a clear case of false commitment and zero professionalism. You have not only ruined our schedule but also caused serious embarrassment in front of our guests.

I am extremely disappointed with the highly unprofessional and irresponsible management of your hotel. From the moment we arrived, there has been complete mismanagement and a lack of basic hospitality. Despite having a confirmed booking with clear instructions regarding the number of rooms and early check-in time, none of the commitments were honored. Our guests were left waiting in the lobby for hours without any proper response from your staff, and no one even had the courtesy to answer the phone or provide a clear update.This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of coordination, accountability, and respect for guests’ time and comfort. We trusted your property for our stay, but the experience has been nothing but stressful and embarrassing, especially in front of our guests. The staff response has been casual and negligent instead of being helpful and solution-oriented.Such poor service standards, false assurances at the time of booking, and zero communication reflect very badly on your hotel’s reputation. This is not what anyone expects after making a confirmed reservation and full payment/guarantee. If this is how guests are treated, then it clearly shows that customer satisfaction is not your priority.We request you to look into this matter immediately, arrange the rooms without any further delay, and provide a proper explanation for this inconvenience. Otherwise, we will be left with no option but to escalate this issue to higher authorities and share our experience on public platforms
