An absolute gem in India! I had awonderful stay at Viasora. The hospitality was exceptional, the rooms were incredibly comfortable and clean, and the overall ambiance was beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Went to atmosphere restraunt they serve chilli potato in the name or truffle fries. Disappointing and overpriced for the food quality. Better options nearby. Staff also ignored when I asked where is the parmesan cheese in the fries.

Disturbing Valet Experience

Stayed here on 3rd Feb for one night. Wont write about location, food and parking, otherwise this review will be extremely long .1. Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional - Parking was done by valet and for security issues i had kept the keys to myself. In morning while i am in washroom these guys knocked on door at 6.35 am, then rang me to give my car keys, i told them iam in washroom and will come in some time. Then again after 10 seconds these people started knocking on door and again called me. This went on for 3-4 minutes and i had to rush out in a towel with my keys. On asking whats the hurry and why iam being troubled so much, reply - other guest is getting late as my car (parked by valet) is in front of his car. No courtesy, no please, no sorry. Complete idiots on work, classic example of how a it doesnt matter how much money you pour into a hotel, until and unless you have such idiots at work, customer experience wont improve.Hotel voucher shows that i can avail 10% off on F&B - even after highlighting it to the restaurant and reception this was not accepted
