Couple • India • Aug 2026I stayed here for 2 days and below are the our experience:- Room was good.- Location is also good but its located in an isolated forest area little far from main market. They do not provide any complimentary shuttle service to pick and drop to main market (unlike Radisson). Travellers either have to walk on such a steep and slippery path or took a cab service everytime.- Food was okay, not a wow taste and overpriced. - Portion size for kids menu and a normal menu is same despite paying 3x rate for normal menu comparing to kids menu. - Hospitality is also average, we called the in room dining, restaurant, reception 3-4 times for asking for water. This thing happened everytime. Overall the property, location and the stay was good but the food taste, Hospitality, services are average, even a normal 3 star hotel provides better hospitality and food sometimes. I always stay in Radisson, its my first time in Hyatt and seems my last as well.
Our stay at Hyatt Regency Dharamshala was fantastic. The meals were consistently fresh and tasty. The staff were very polite, attentive, and eager to ensure our comfort throughout our visit. The hotel is set in a beautiful location, surrounded by pine and cedar trees, offering mountain views and a tranquil environment. Our balcony room was ideal, providing stunning views and a peaceful spot to relax. It was an unforgettable experience with excellent hospitality. We are eager to come back and would strongly suggest this hotel to anyone traveling to Dharamshala.
