Worst experience ever! They don’t deserve even 1 star. We were facing the following issues:1. No door lock2. No mirror3. Washroom is very badly maintained4. No telephone in our roomOverall a very bad experience we had. And the staffs have no responsibility in this. They are very carefree.

When the reception landline was not being picked up, I called Rejeshwari Ma’am directly and she handled the entire situation responsibly. Even though it was a holiday and I had forgotten my laptop charger, she ensured everything was taken care of. Thank you, ma’am, for your help and support.

First stayed for 5 days then headed off to chennai then mysore. Unfortunately our stay in mysore was horrific and we had to leave our hotel. Contacted the general manager of hyde park hotel. She couldn't have been more helpful and offered us our old room. Such a relief and this pleased our two children we travelled straight back.The hotel is simple in style but delivers 5 star treatment. Staff were all well presented, friendly and very welcoming. This makes all the difference.Room itself was clean with comfortable beds and TV. We asked for a fridge which allowed us to buy drinks and fruit.Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone. We will be back as we have friends in bangalore.Thank you to the general manager and her team.
