The overall stay was quite good, the room was clean, the staffs were very courteous. Only disappointment was, the indoor or recreational facilities were very poorly maintained with broken rackets, cricket bats and so forth. The management must review these from time to time and maintain it.
Wonderful ambience
I have visited many resorts before, but this is truly the best experience I have had so far. The main reason is how beautifully the resort is connected to nature. There are peaceful spots where you can relax on the oonjal (swing), a lovely waterfall, a clean water pool, and even a river flowing nearby. Everywhere you look, there are well-maintained trees and greenery, making you feel deeply connected to nature and completely at peace. It feels refreshing for the soul.Secondly, the hospitality was exceptional. From the receptionist to the manager and the team auqa Restaurant, everyone was extremely welcoming. It never felt like a ’staff versus guest’ interaction. Instead, they treated us with warmth and respect, making every conversation pleasant and positive.The food deserves special appreciation. The quality and taste were outstanding ’ beyond my expectations. It was hygienic, delicious, and well-prepared. The prawns were especially amazing! Every dish reflected care and high standards.Another thing I truly appreciated was the way they served the food. They didn’t just leave it at the doorstep; they ensured it was properly arranged on the table, making us feel genuinely valued as guests.The entire experience was peaceful ’ from calm nights to refreshing mornings. Celebrating my birthday here made it even more special. I feel very happy and grateful to have spent such a peaceful morning at this beautiful resort.From my heart, I would give this place 100 stars. Thank you for such a wonderful experience.would also like to highlight a few more wonderful aspects of Ibooks Resort.The swimming pool area looks absolutely stunning. It is beautifully designed and blends perfectly with the natural surroundings. One special mention goes to the staff member who welcomed us with a very beautiful smile . She personally showed us the room and clearly explained all the facilities and amenities available in the resort, which made us feel comfortable and well-informed right from the beginning.The swimming pool has a lovely stream view, which makes the experience even more relaxing. When we entered the water, we noticed shower features placed at the top corners, adding to the luxury feel. There is also a natural waterfall facility that continuously flows, making the whole pool area feel refreshing and unique.One of the most magical highlights was at night ’ the way the water flow and lighting combined created a beautiful rainbow-like effect. It was truly a wonderful view to watch and an unforgettable experience.
