Additionally, cutting off the electricity in our room due to an outstanding payment was inappropriate. The power was off for over an hour without any warning, and only after we inquired did the receptionist explain why. Ultimately, we cleared all dues, and having a pending payment should not justify disrespecting guests.

The experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The services offered to customers were poor, and the staff's communication was lacking. The receptionists need training on how to interact politely with guests.

I would not suggest this hotel for extended or business visits. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, room service was inadequate, and parking was challenging. Rather than enjoying a relaxing stay, we experienced stress and emotional discomfort, particularly in the final three days, leading us to leave feeling let down.
