☆The rooms are in the 1st floor☆Need to climb atleased 7-10 steps from portico to reach the lift and then to rooms.☆we are 67 years old & one is disabled person who was physically taken to the room by 3 persons .☆ Resort should construct a Ramp from portico to the lift and also to buy few wheel chairs urgently☆The Ramp & Wheel chairs are statuary and mandatory as per the Building Code of India Let us wait for the Ramp & wheel chairs at the earliest , please

One of the most pleasant stays I’ve ever had!This resort was recommended to me by an ex-colleague. Based on the photos, the place looked decent, but the moment we arrived, we realised the property is actually much better in real life than what we saw in pictures. The atmosphere was calm, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the overall service was excellent.A special mention to the GM, Alwin. When we checked in and went to the restaurant for dinner (quite late), we happened to meet him there. Even though he was there for his own dinner, he spent a good 30–40 minutes with us, patiently explaining everything about the resort, the weather, and the best time to visit. He personally showed us around — the river behind the property, the swimming pool, and other facilities. Since we were planning a two-day trip around Pollachi, he even helped us with a clear itinerary, which turned out to be extremely helpful.The complimentary breakfast was very good. On the day of checkout, we missed the breakfast timing, but when we met Alwin on the way to the restaurant, instead of pushing us to order something from their own kitchen after the complimentary breakfast time, he immediately coordinated with the kitchen and ensured we were served fresh food instead of simply turning us away — a gesture that showed genuine care rather than a business mindset.On another evening, we returned late and the resort restaurant had already closed. He recommended a nearby restaurant where we could comfortably have dinner with our kid — a thoughtful gesture that showed genuine care.Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve experienced. I would definitely visit again, purely for the warm hospitality and the excellent service.

Looks like lodge rooms, No cleanliness, not good for families & ladies.

The a/c machines are worst in most of the eight rooms we have experienced. Worst cooling and few are noisy. Morning complementary breakfast is very good. Spa cious Bar but noisy TV is spoiling the ambience. Well maintained swimming pool.

We recently had our wedding at this beautiful resort, and overall, it was an unforgettable and truly magical experience. The location is stunning and the ambience is purely serene. The manager, Alwin who was our main point of contact handled everything with impressive professionalism and warmth.Our families and friends absolutely loved the venue, and it created the perfect backdrop for one of the happiest days of our lives.The only disappointment was the external decoration vendor associated with the resort, who unfortunately did not deliver what was promised. Despite sharing our requirements clearly, the final decor fell short of expectations and caused avoidable stress on an otherwise perfect day. I truly hope the resort reevaluates this vendor or monitors their work more closely, because the venue deserves partners who match its standards.We would still wholeheartedly recommend this venue for weddings and celebrations, just with a gentle suggestion to double’check decoration arrangements in advance.Overall, a wonderful place to create lifelong memories. ’’
