I’m shocked and extremely disappointed with my recent stay at your Innzoy Chitrapuri branch.The room was filthy, cockroaches were crawling everywhere, and the bed was disgusting with hair all over it. On top of that, the geyser wasn’t working – basic amenities were completely neglected.As a regular guest who has stayed at your Gachibowli branch, I never expected such a pathetic experience. This was beyond unacceptable.You seriously need to get your property hygiene and service standards under control. If this is how you’re treating returning guests, it’s shameful.
Very nice experience
Earlier I booked a room in Innzoy khajaguda but I wanted a room in Gachibowli. So they smoothly transferred my reservation and avoided inconvenience. Helpful and supportive staff. Very clean and well maintained rooms. Totally a satisfying experience.
