Our stay was absolutely spectacular, defined by true luxury and top-tier service.The culinary experience was the highlight of our trip. We explored all the restaurant options and were blown away by their unique specialties’the food is simply world-class!The entire team was incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable, but we want to give a special shout-out to Pushpa. She went above and beyond to make sure we were perfectly taken care of; her warmth and attention to detail made our visit feel truly personal.We were especially touched by the surprise farewell cake and beautiful bouquet the team prepared for us’it was such a thoughtful gesture that made our departure as memorable as our stay.The whole staff contributed to an amazing experience. Ottimo serves some of the best Italian food we’ve had ’ authentic, delicious, and beautifully presented. The service was exceptional, with a special mention to Vara Prasad, who was extremely kind, even offering to hold our little one so we could enjoy our meal. He also suggested some wonderful desserts, which turned out to be perfect recommendations. We’ll definitely be regulars here for both the amazing food and the warm hospitality.

It’s a beautiful place to stay! I loved its location, we were in an apartment overlooking a small lake nestled on a hill.The place looked like a museum with a great collection of art work on the walls.The entrance was enticing and so was the reception and lounge area.The staff was the best, highly courteous, soft spoken and caring.One should really stay at this hotel for experience in the IT city.Technology park building was pretty close for many food options and also the best Mall- Inorbit mall.

Dining at Dum Pukht Begum's felt like stepping into a royal kitchen from another era. The moment I walked in, the calm amblence, soft lighting, and elegant decor set the tone for something special.The food... absolutely divine. The Dum Pukht Biryani was fragrant, rich, and cooked to perfection - every spoonful had that slow-cooked depth of flavor you can't fake. The kakori Kebabs were so soft they just melted away, and the gravles had this balance of spice and aroma that lingered beautifully. Even the simple dishes like the Dal Dum Pukht tasted soulful.The staff were warm, polite, and genuinely cared about making the experience memorable - not just serving food but telling the story behind It.
